Conduct
“Let no one despise
your youth, but set the believers an example in speech and conduct, in love, in
faith, in purity.” 1

As a participant in youth
activities at
As either participant or
leader, at youth events both on and off campus I am representing the church and
Christians. I will respect both property and people.
I will not ridicule others.
Foul, sexually explicit language or behavior is expressly forbidden – via
speech, writing, text, or email. Instead, I will support and serve others with
words and actions of kindness – exhibiting God’s grace already given to me.
Fighting, drugs, alcohol,
and weapons are neither condoned nor allowed on campus or at any church
sponsored event. If I am found to participate in any illegal activity while at
church or a church event, I understand I will be immediately dismissed from
that activity or trip.
I agree to follow and defer
to all leaders. I will treat children younger than myself, and church members
who are older and elderly with Christian love and respect.
If I do not follow these
requirements, and cause disruptive, disciplinary or safety issues, I understand
my parents or legal guardian will be notified and asked to immediately pick me
up, including my removal from off campus events and mission trips – no matter
how far away. By disrespecting others
and church conduct, I also risk being excluded from future activities and
trips.
Because of my faith, I
understand by signing this document I will strive to live a life guided by
Christian faith.
