The New Horizons Class is a small class that enjoys open discussions on how to use each lesson in our daily lives to be better witnesses to out families, the community, and the people we are in touch with daily. We use the Scofield Reference of the King James version of the Bible and the Good News Bible together with the Adult Bible Study, Uniform Series from Cokesbury as our lesson materials. Currently, Barbara Nestle and Jay Kennedy are our teachers.

Our class time opens by singing several hymns, followed by a devotion (by Jan Hall), a discussion of class upcoming schedules and special happenings and a time of recognizing joys and concerns.  We then have a prayer and begin our study.

To satisfy our love of potluck dinners and class fellowship times, we hold a class dinner every other month on the 3rd Saturday at 6:00 pm in the parlor. This is a super time to get acquainted with class members, so watch the church calendar for that 3rd Saturday and plan on joining us.
