Get an online copy of a permission slip and medical release form and a 2007 Code of Conduct.  Remember, these forms must be in at least 2 weeks before a scheduled off site activity!!!

Want to help our Youth?

 Many of us have often wondered how we can help the youth in our church. There is an easy way for all of us to do it, while getting to know them at the same time. Every Sunday evening, when the youth group meets, they share a snack supper together. We would really appreciate your help in volunteering to cook supper for them one evening.
