April 25-April 27th 2008 Confirmation Class Weekend.

This year our 13 sessions for Confirmation from "What We Believe" Curriculm will be compacted into two days.  On Friday night, April 25th starting at 9 p.m. youth and their friends are invited to what is called a Lock-In PLUS.  The PLUS part of our Lock-in includes organized games for the night as a teaching tool to cover some of the sessions for Confirmation preparation in a fun way, and allow our youth to fellowship with one another.  On Saturday at 10 a.m. the Lock-in concludes.  However immediately following the Lock-in those who are interested in learning more about the Confirmation process and want to start or continue their faith journey are welcome to stay for learning in small groups, discussions, hands-on learning, and Q & A sessions with our Deacon Ken Davison.  At the end of our Confirmation Classes those youth who want to be Confirmed or Baptized will be invited to do so.  Saturday evening we will have a SLEEP over and attend worship services Sunday morning together as a class.  Youth who want to join the church or be baptized will be able to do so on Sunday morning, April 27th.  We will have lots of fun!  Join in the adventure!!!  All youth participating in the Lock-In PLUS or Confrimation Classes will need to have a Code of Conduct and Medical Release Form, printable from our website.  We hope you are excited about Confirmation Spring 2008!
